Beavers Lodge - Luxury Conversion with Hot Tub

Positive: Stunning property completed to a very high standard. Looks like a little Canadian lodge in the middle of West Wales Has stunning scenery with all the mod cons of home. Underfloor heating was a highlight for my partner (who's always cold!). Negative: Very little although there wasn't much of a view from the ho tub but don't let this put anyone off.

Absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again! Positive: The area was great, views were amazing and all the amenities were exceptional. Would definitely stay again! Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect!

Disappointing Negative: We were really disappointed with our stay. The bed sheets were not clean as there was multiple hairs in the bed, which immediately made the place feel unclean. Also noticed cobwebs throughout the property suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned or checked beforehand. Outside, one of the lights wasn’t working on the decking, which made the patio area feel dark when using the hobtub. The WiFi kept cutting out and repeatedly turned the TV off, making it impossible to watch anything without constant interruptions. Also one morning it was freezing in the bedroom downstairs as you couldn’t adjust the temperature throughout the property. Overall, the property needs much better attention, really disappointed and would not come back unfortunately for the price we paid.

Very relaxing and peaceful stay however there were issues that we wouldn’t expect at a premium price luxury property Positive: The location was perfect very peaceful with stunning views The style of the property, the layout and decorative design was lovely Kitchen well equipped Bed good size and comfortable Nice big shower room Underfloor heating was lovely Negative: The lack of attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the property. Very large cobwebs on all the velux windows particularly above the hob and food preparation surface. Had to wipe down kitchen surfaces on arrival as crumbs and stains left. The hot tub was hot however orange scum around the waterline and dirt / grit in the bottom of the tub so didn’t use it :-( Woke up first morning to no hot water or heating due to low water pressure on the boiler so husband had to top up, don’t expect to have to do this at a luxury property Ventilation issue in bathroom extraction fan not working so mould on ceiling and floor and smelt damp on arrival again not something you expect at a premium priced property
